All merchandise manufactured and sold by Advanced Golf Technologies is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (90) days from the original date of purchase.
During this warranty period, Advanced Golf Technologies will repair or replace, at Advanced Golf Technologies sole option and free of charge, any defective unit returned with shipping charges prepaid to Advanced Golf Technologies. Please include proof of purchase by the original consumer and an explanation of the nature of the problem. Merchandise not returned prepaid will be refused. Warranty service will be performed as promptly as possible upon delivery of the product; however length of repair or replacement time will vary depending upon the availability of parts and the work load. There will be charges rendered for product repairs or replacement made after our warranty period has expired (90 days from original date of purchase).
All implied warranties for merchantability and implied warranties for fitness, are limited in duration for ninety (90) days.
Our warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, water or weather exposure, abnormal usage, or any repairs other than those made by Advanced Golf Technologies. Original consumers are obligated to properly disclose these instructions to any subsequent users. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
